Delivery time on items when first ordered was rather long and when only one turned up instead of 2 I was worried.
No need, the replacement came through very quickly
Overall a satisfied customer

Excellent service, pleasure to deal with. Defeated by manufacturers problems but only after exhausting all avenues.

We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.

The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.
