Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.

The parts were delivered when promised, all communication prior to delivery was helpful in managing my expectations.
