Many thanks for the prompt efficient service we had almost given up on finding this spare part given its age but luckily you had it in stock
Thanks very much

I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything, how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are .
