I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. I had no problems using this site. The items I ordered arrived on the dates they promised. The question and Answer system they operate is really good. I had a couple of queries that were quickly answered.
I would recommend this site. They supplied the items I wanted quickly and efficiently. I will defiantly use them again.

I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I asked MyTub how much longer I had to wait and received a vague reply saying possibly next week.. i cant run my business like this, what do you think my customers will say. I wont be ordering again. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed..

I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT
NOBODY LET ME KNOW!

We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.
