Ordering was quick and easy, delivery was delayed due to product not being in stock but did not have to wait too long. However it would have been helpful to be given an approximate time for delivery. Christine was very helpful and prompt with reply to give me a time. Thankyou.

In reply to your request - we now have thank you all our requirements. It was a prolonged procedure. The units required where not available although they were on your list of products so I had to buy them locally. Each time I asked something else was not available. Your staff were excellent at all times and I cannot blame hem for lack of stock. One more thing and I know it was my fault it is not clear in the graphics that when you order from the page I expected to get the whole unit so when I ordered against the page your people had to inform me that for instance I only got the basin not the pedestal. I felt that as a designer of web pages myself it should have an underline that the facts are that you are not getting as the picture. Easy for you but not for the average layman. Than

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. My order was delivered by Plumb Centre, Ipswich on date given. The fragile gaskets were undamaged but could have been better protected with a stiffening layer of cardboard. There was a bonus: 4 reels of PTFE tape which I had not ordered! Any ideas who missed out
