Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the light cover is too tight to get off even with this tool. However I can see that it will do the job under normal conditions.

I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I asked MyTub how much longer I had to wait and received a vague reply saying possibly next week.. i cant run my business like this, what do you think my customers will say. I wont be ordering again. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed..

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.

Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".
