Order arrived Friday one week after I ordered it. I was in no rush as I just wanted to replace a water filter. However, ifsomething had been broken and needed urgent attention this would not have been a good service compared to many other internet trading companies.
Price good especially as I ordered enough filters to get free delivery.

Slight issue with wrong item being delivered, however manufacturers fault and not My Tub. Excellent correspondence throughout. Cant fault the customer service, especially Jeannette who was very helpful. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I have recently received this order exactly on the day predicted - about 10 days after ordering, as warned.
It was a Vaillant VR61 mixer module. This communicates with the boiler eBUS and allows control of the domestic hot water valve at a high temp if required, and of TWO central heating zone valves. It replaced in my case a VR65 which will only do ONE central heating zone valve. This was unused though I had opened it to look at, but Mytub agreed to take it back with a 15% handling charge deduction if I packed it up in original packing. Very good of them, I thought.
The equipment itself is German and as with many Vaillant controls the instructions are a somewhat opaque translation! However I shall master them!! With the VRC430 weather compensating device, the system is said to be hig

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ...
