Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. My Tub deliveried the seat when they said. They also sent me an email re the dimensions of the seat l had ordered as there are 2 seats which are similar, which was a nice touch. No complaints.
