I have had absolutely outstanding and excellent suport from one of your technical team, Mr. Laurence Fineran, over some basin taps.
His responses and advice have been superb, I cannot praise him enough. Please pass on my thanks.

My order was recieved and on the date you sent in an email.
Thank you for your prompt service and the fragile parts were un-damaged.
I will employ your services again should the need arise.
If anyone I know needs parts for gas fires etc I will not hesitate to inform them.

The van driver couldnt find our house, so the item ordered was left in Chesterton - a ten mile round trip away. Anyway, we got the item eventually, so problem solved, and were very happy with the goods!
