I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. I was very impressed with the service given my MyTub. As I was moving and it was a bit complicated with delivery I was worried that things would go wrong but they didnt. I could always get through to somebody straight away on the telephone who was knowledgeable about the situation and all went smoothly.
I am so pleased with the Katell Galaxy fireplace. It is just as described and looks really good in my new home. Thank you for your customer service.

I was really pleased that MyTub was able to supply a Mira Tile Upstand Kit at such a good price £19.92 as opposed to the £28.70 RRP. However, I was most unhappy about having to pay the relatively high £12.50 VAT delivery charge. Jeanette at Mytub, though, told me that I could avoid paying for delivery by collecting the item from my local Plumbcenter store. This was no bother as it was only about 1.5 miles from my home.
Not wishing to pay the £12.50 VAT delivery charge, I might well have purchased the item from another internet store had Jeanette not mentioned Mytubs collection arrangement with Plumbcenter. Perhaps Mytub should publicise this arrangement more on their website.
Overall, Mytub provides an excellent and very helpful service.

Thank you for sending my order and for the emails regarding its progress. The parcel was delivered to a trusted neighbours home. However the packing was so badly sealed that it had split open and all the contents were partly opened, the DIRTY bubble wrap was partly around the boxes and hanging out of the box and my neighbour - and apparently the delivery driver- were worried in case items were missing. Happily everything was undamaged and my order was complete. Im glad you stock items no-one else seems to care about. Thank you for that service.
