I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Just wish to comment on the recent experience with MyTub.
Espeically Steven based in Newcastle, was very helpful throughout the entire process- and the driver who got x24 pans from around all your branches to our offices in Bury. I was advised that they even included x1 free of charge which shows that this company go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

I spoke to a very helpful lady while I was ordering a part through your web site this afternoon. She helped me through the ordering process and I also enquired about next day delivery.
