I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. well pleased bath delivered as stated - nice people to phone & are actually very helpful maybe they can give some pointers to british gas or bt on a part time basis.the only downside was the delivery driver who looked thoroughly hacked off but there again he was a londoner.
