I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Bit of a delay - 1st because out of stock, then something went wrong with the delivery order. But they kept me advised and and,when it did arrive, all ok and at good price with free delivery on order over £25.
