The price is better than the local plumbing shops for the items I bought. The delivery time was not the quickest but came when they said it would.

Ive placed two orders with my tub now. On both occasions my tub delivered exactly what was ordered, for one of the best or the best prices available, and to the delivery date. They also seemed to take onboard instructions such as "please dont deliver during school run times".
Dont really know what more you could ask.

Thank you for your good service with my order. After an intitial date of four weeks delivery Christine desrves a mention as she despatched what you had to get me going and the remainder followed a week later not the four weeks as we feared - not bad service - thank you.

The parts were just as we needed and arrived packed well and within good time.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Boiler nozzle arrived well packed but took over a week. I believe this was due to the item being out of stock. However it was the exact type required.
