We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute.

Everything about this transaction was good. In addition, the driver who delivered the package when I was out was very diligent - he took the time to call me and agree on a good place to leave the package that was out of sight.
