I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The order process differed from that advertised on the website but I was kept informed all the way and given the option to cancel the order and look elsewhere.
Steve was an absolute gent throughout.
5 stars.

I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. My tub were quick and efficient at processing my order also
Were very good at keeping me informed of the status of the
Order
The only thing I felt a little misleading on the Internet
Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush
As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes
In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other
Brush.

I purchased a fixing set for an existing shower. I only needed 1 part which to replace a Brocken part. I paid for a large amount of parts that I do not need. The various parts should be available as individual parts.
