your service and communication have been excellent and products and website are good to! I would guess delivery out of your hands at this point but delivery was confirmed for 12/01/2018 but didnt arrive until 15/01/2018 but wasnt a problem for me!

The company that made the delivery had oddly removed all packaging, but the bath seems to have survived the experience.

well pleased bath delivered as stated - nice people to phone & are actually very helpful maybe they can give some pointers to british gas or bt on a part time basis.the only downside was the delivery driver who looked thoroughly hacked off but there again he was a londoner.

I ordered connectors for taps from my Tub as they offered the best online price. My order took approximately a month to arrive presumably as the parts had to be ordered from Germany. They arrived safely. I was not in a rush so the time taken until delivery was not an issue. I was informed of the delayed delivery date. I would use my tub again.

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. The valve we ordered seems fine- though we havent had it fitted yet. The price was good- though it did take around three months to arrive- so its a good job we werent in a hurry! At least the e-mails kept us informed, which was helpful.
