Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient.
