Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Order delivered within 2 days.
Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.
