Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. Im really impressed with the service from MyTub. I was contacted by phone and email regarding a problem with part of my order, offering a suitable substitute, and the order then arrived exactly at the time I was given.
