Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. First impression counts! I telephoned this company to enquire if they could supply me with a high efficiency, fast recovery Grade 1 copper Cylinder with 28mm coil, constructed for thicker copper sheet 1.7mm2mm rather than normally produced copper thickness cylinders.
The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. I accepted the quotation and asked for representatives to contact me to arrange payment, and subsequently provide me with prior notification of the delivery date.

The wording Does not have an automatic price update please enquire really means the price quoted on the page is meaningless. I checked the stock on the system and received an email saying the item is in stock. The system allowed me to order and pay at the price shown but I was then emailed and asked if I really wanted this colour and if so the price was 50% higher because it was a special order!
As far as Im concerned I was offered goods for a price, I accepted that offer and paid that price and then was told the price is significantly higher. I dont consider this to be good practice and recommend the wording be reviewed.

The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. Shortly after that I received notification that the product would be delivered on a specified day which indeed it was. As a result I am very likely to use mytub for future orders and recommend them as a reliable and econom

Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out. However - when I phoned to cancel & request refund - this was done without any problems & email sent straight away confirming refund done - Thank you
