Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. very good service. mailed on sunday to ask how long to get part.mail reply early monday morning.ordered 10.00am monday and delivered to door tuesday 2.00pm.it was only a knob for a gas fire but postage was cheaper than other sites.can only recomend site....
