We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. Tub is fine and price is competitive.
But when the final delivery date was updated, there was no email notification. That caught us out as no one was available to bring it into the property. So it was left outside until the evening. Driver was very helpful though and did his best to leave it on the private footpath.
