Fantastic service! I needed a part for a boiler and the website search allowed me to find it very quickly - it seemed quite rare on other sites. Not only that but the price was excellent and free delivery included! I tried to phone the order in but was told the site was down but to email for a delivery estimate and then order online. I noted the urgency since it was January and that I have a young family. The part arrived within 24 hours and the boiler was fired up and working properly within 25!

Everything handled by My Tub was superb, order placing, order acceptance and delivery schedule exactly as promised and required. Shame their supplier Jaccuzi were not as good, correct bath, but wrong installation instructions and drawing, and I believe incorrect installation kit as well. checked with Christine who arranged correct drawing or something close by, I asked Jaccuzi for information on installation kit, still waiting for a reply. So designed own fitting kit and fitted successfully, plastic front and side panels not as drawing supplied, so not going to use, anyone want a Jaccuzi 1500 bath front and side panel, going cheap !!

would like to thank mytub for finding the part i needed so urgently it took a couple of weeks for the part to come but was well worth it as it was a very hard part and almost obbsolite part to get thank you mytub ..

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Dear SirMadam, I found your website very clear and easy to use and when I found the part I needed ordering and payment was quick and easy. Update e-mails were useful but my only complaint was that delivery was 1 day late.I did not require the part urgently so it was not a problem.l would recommend mytub to my friends.
