Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Delivery was quickly rearranged but it was more convenient for me to collect from a local depot. Thanks.

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs.
It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly.
My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method.
Your customer service was good and the ladies were very pleasant and responsive.

Though probably not your fault but your suppliers I have always found Daikin to be crap at everything they do, delivery time was past a joke order 7 dec receive 9 jan.
