Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine, she corrected the mistake. I would have been more comfortable to have dealt with her all along. Sincerely Jennifer Mathias

The tap arrived as you promised. My only comment your service is the lack of it at weekends!

On the phone, the respondent was not up to speed, but said to email, which was prompt and accurate.

Very quick and efficient service , thank you.
Only negative was having to pay full carriage on a few washers which could easily have gone in a small envelope!

Although delivery took over a month, this was a part for a piece of equipment nearly 20 years old and myTub were one of the few places I found who could supply it, we were kept updated on the delivery schedule and your staff were very helpful when I chased the order. I would use myTub again.
