There were a couple of problems, but the staff were outstanding in seeing the situation resolve, they were really helpful. Thanks

Hi there,
I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.
Thank you
Lee Bedford

Hello Lee
Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".
Sorry for the inconvenience and I will be passing this through the correct channels.
Regards
...Lee Bedford

Thank you MY TUB! You are really doing a great job. It took a couple of minute to solve my problem.
I am waiting for the parts.
One more big thank you! Best regards,
Dan

Received the parts in perfect condition. Although there was a delay, I was kept informed at every stage. Great service!

The tap arrived as you promised. My only comment your service is the lack of it at weekends!

Amazing range of spares and the only site I could find that had the item I needed in stock. Good service and prompt delivery. My only gripe was that the delivery charge seemed a bit heavy but if you need the part you pay the price.
Thanks for your help

Order finally got to me. I was kept up to date on the progress but for too long to wait for parts that are advertised at 35 days.
