Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again.
