Delayed in dispatch due to not being in stock as it is an obscure item. Good communications throughout and item delivered by date advised. Excellent service.

Basin arrived safely and on time. I appreciated being given a timescale for delivery when I ordered and updates to confirm despatch and delivery date.
Your price was the best I could find on the internet and service was excellent.
I would use your site again. thankyou.

My order arrived in good time and as I was not at home when the delivery was made the item was put in a safe place and a note was put through my door.
Many thanks

We thankyou for getting the order down to us for the weekend , but when i went to collect fron the plumb centre the order was very confussing as the part was in a sealed bag saying 1 pair but with only 1 hose in the bag, so the manager opened a new myson heater box and gave me the hoses from that.

This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered.
