I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. Would be useful if you could give more specific information regarding delivery datestimes via email. Also had to wait over a week for delivery which is quite poor.
