Great service. Ordering process very good in that always told where are in the process.
Could do with a time slot re delivery rather than just a day.

First class service with regular progress updates.
They managed to source a product which none of my local suppliers could supply!!
Well done ... :-)

Thanks for a really efficient and fast service. The young lady with whom I discussed my order was very helpful and obviously had excellent communication skills. Many thanks. Valerie Pardy

Delivered when stated and all present and correct.
One minor concern - as with a previous order for the same part, the Securing Pin did NOT have a screw slot as shown in the diagram and description. I was able to use the previous pins, in which I had had to cut screw slots.

The service was overall good.
Nevertheless the delivery charges should be made clearer as no explanation is made that items could be delivered separatly and different charges can apply.

Thank you for the toilet handle it works perfectly. The wait was a bit long but
acceptable. I think you should add the vat on before adding the postage.
It beats having to have a new toilet fitted.
