I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. Excellent customer service. I had to call as I needed to collect the item ordered urgently, I made 3 calls and spoke to 2 people. They could not have been more helpful, they located and contacted the nearest delivery site and emailed the details to me.
