This was very good service and price. I think my tub order the part when the money is received and so the time to delivery is longer than if the items were being kept in stock. However communication via the website was good.
Overall I am very happy.

After a mammoth search starting with Bristan for a 5inch Shower Rose Chrome Plated and visiting a number of websites I finally came lucky with MyTub who promptly confirmed it was in stock and so placed an order. Dear Sirs,
I have had two orders with you, both now delivered. The first one was somewhat delayed and on the second one, over £25 and hence postage free, an attempt was made for me to pick the order up myself or pay extra for a carriage charge due to distribution. I queried this and it was withdrawn and some free tape included with the order. The people I dealt with via email were prompt and polite in their responses.
