I wished to order 1 Twyford Pan Connector P Trap Wf1240wh. The item was hard to source or, when sourced, delivery times were longer than I needed. MyTub were excellent both in communication, delivery date and service. I would definitely use this company again.

Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again.
