Hi As this was the first time I have used my tub I was not aware of what kind of service I was going to experience ,however I should not have worried as your service and feedback have been first class, although I have a few issues with the product my tub are addressing them and keeping me informed.
Yes I will have no problem dealing with my tub again and would recommend the company to any person that I know
Cheers D.H.

The extra mile that MyTub went to complete my order was like a breath if fresh air. A swift receipt of my goods then topped off what was a very pleasing buying experience. Well done.

It was wonderful to find a good sized corner basin on your website and the ordering and follow up with staff was successful and efficient. The basin arrived on time. I can recommend the MyTub experience!

I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.

I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why
Kind regards & thanks, Alan

Hi Alan
Sorry for the confusion, you should not have been charged for the delivery and it is getting refunded to you now.
