Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either.

I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.

No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
