When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. The heating elements i ordered unfortunately took 10 days more than the 3 weeks delivery promised and that was at a critical time due to the cold weather period in the New Year. But I was pleased with the price and the assistance when I rang was helpful.
