Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
