The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. The item arrived on the confirmed date. However, I had it delivered to my work address large organisation and my name was omitted from the address label. Fortunately it included my phone number otherwise there would have been a delay in receipt.
