Good price and delivered within three days as predicted on order. Many thanks indeed. I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump. Noone I spoke by phone or online really appeared to understand what I wanted so decided to source elsewhere when I could be more certain of what I would be getting.

MyTub puts its customers’ interests to the fore - the level of customer service that I have received has been outstanding. They have diligently followed up on a problem not of their making through to successful resolution. Well done MyTub!

Service was good and I would use you again. You tried to deliver the same item twice, which is clearly better than not delivering at all!
