A long delay in getting the delivery, and when opened the drain cover was damaged, looked like it had been dropped and a corner cracked, overall not fantastically impressed!

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Thanks to you all for supplying the item that Robinson Willey told me was unobtainable, promptly. This will enable me to safely use my obsolete gas fire for many more years to come. Thanks again for promptly replacing the first item which was supplied damaged. Please can i suggest that as the item needed to be inspected for suitability, damage, and collected from your local supplier, by myself, due to its fragile nature, that it is supplied in packaging that can be easily opened and resecured to facilitate this. After inspection, the salesman was unable to repackage the item in its original box, and had to provide a different cardboard box.
