The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!

Excellent service from start to finish. When I phoned with an initial query it was dealt with very promptly and I was kept informed of the delivery date throughout the whole process. Delivery arrived exactly when I was told it would. Thank you very much.

Excellent service, ordered Saturday afternoon and the item arrived on Tuesday morning, well packaged and as described. Great communications throughout. Will definitely use mytub again and recommend to others.

My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed.
