Happy with delivery of new Toilet Seat, provided with regular update on delivery which arrived on date as advised. Felt that delivery could have been a little swifter however as had paid for item in good time but took a while for delivery, regular updates however were reassuring. Will use again.

Really helpful sales and support staff, only negative is that the three ordered items were each delivered separately. Suggest that items ordered together are dispatched together Itll save on your delivery costs an make tracking easier.

I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. As a result I am very likely to use mytub for future orders and recommend them as a reliable and econom
