I was looking for a replacement valve and found the website very easy to navigate. I located the product and made telephone contact to ensure that the replacement item would fit my existing fittings. Excellent customer relations. Kept up to date with regular e.mails re delivery which was appreciated.
The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front.
However, the actual delivery date was quite acceptable.
