Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.
