I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.

I did wonder when I had an e-mail delaying delivery confirmation for a week, but 3 days later delivery was was confirmed and Sunvic valve and actuator arrived on the day quoted. I will have no hesitation in buying from you again.

The only criticism is that the package 3 small tubes came in a box used to supply paper, full of shredded paper!
