The Honeywell CM927 Programmer ordered via MyTub worked absolutely fine once the binding process had been initiated twice, this with the original RF receiver.
The service provided by MyTub was within the scheduled delivery time.
The product received has proved satisfactory and reliable.
I had no difficulties or problems using the website and was able to source the required component easily.

I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! Although I did not find your website that easy to navigate, your Customer Services staff were very helpdful. They gave me the exact information that I needed to place my order. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the price of the items that I ordered through yourselves, and delivered by Plumb Centre, and the much higher prices shown for the same items on the Plumb Centre website!
