Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.
So I have no complaints and would certainly use more often

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. finally received my order on wednesday 15th febuary when it should of been delivered on the 6th febuary which you did e-mail me and tell me what the problem was, which i was greatful of as i thought it had gone somewhere else. Thankyou for all your e-mails and keeping me up to date with my order.

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Other staff including the manager tell me he was removed f

Hi there,
I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.

Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".
