Although the product I ordered online seemed to be quite elusive when posted to me, I was kept fully informed about the delays and revised dates.
From my point of view the delays were not a problem and I would certainly use mytub again in the future.

The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. I dont normally reply to requests for feedback BUT this time I was so impressed with service I had to send some positive feedback. You managed to supply items that I could not find elsewhere, there was a constant stream of status updates so I knew exactly what was happening. One part of the order was on a longish lead time and you despatched the rest of the order immediately and managed to improve the lead time of the remainder. The outstanding order was delivered exactly when you said it would be. This is delighting the customer service - brilliant!

first class service right up to the point of delivery... the delivery guy was in my wife's words "the rudest delivery, i have ever had", the guy just grunted "sign ere..." my wife then asked if he had a pen and he just said "no".... he then mopped off to the van and then put the package on the floor by the door and walked off!!!! seriously no manners.... sorry to say this would put me off using you again.
