My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat. It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
